Triple Cap Application

A Cuban finishing technique laying three separate pieces of wrapper over the head, the last of them the casquillo, which leaves three visible seam lines. Non-Cuban factories more often apply a single cap disc.

The layered cap resists unraveling when cut and reads as a visual signature of Cuban rolling, though it has no measurable effect on how the cigar smokes.
